Sunday. She cycled, walked through a rorest, squashed flowers, drew flowers and even helped make flowers. For lunch she sat on the beach reading while enjoying the sunshine and sounds of summer. 💙
Saturday. She hopes that she has learned the lesson this time round and that the universe does not need her to go through this again soon....she had a good day of sunshine, cycling and reading. 💙
Friday. She realized that this had been a good week. She has faced fears, had a free tune up for her bicycle, her final project proposal was accepted, tutoring season has started and she went for an evening walk to enjoy the spring flowers. A fabulous way to end the week. 💛
Thursday. As her body let's go of months long held stress she is finally able to sleep and feel rested. As she let's go of some things she loosens her grip on other things. She is in the process of finding her way through this journey and letting ho of things she no longer needs, believes or is. 💙
Wednesday was a day for growing, being brave and doing the hard thing. She had the courage to show up for herself, to do what needs to be done in order for her to feel safe. Afterwards it felt like a weight had lifted and she wondered why she had not done this sooner. 💚
Tuesday. Some days are harder than others to stay positive, to remember who she is and why she is doing this. Some days are hard. 💙
