When you travel you experience the culture and get to know the people of a country. Once you step out of your comfortzone you get to know the real country and experience it in a different way than ordinary tourists. There was a lightness to her day. As she walked through the forest in Lynn Valley, she often found herself staring up at the leaves, at the immensity of the trees with her hands wandering over their moss covered trunks. 💚

Monday. There was a lightness to her day. As she walked through the forest, she often found herself staring up at the leaves, at the immensity of the trees and let her hands wander over their moss covered trunks. She is slowly finding her voice again...slowly seeing where she has given away her power and finding out what needs to be done to reclaim it. ♥️

Sunday. She cycled, walked through a rorest, squashed flowers, drew flowers and even helped make flowers. For lunch she sat on the beach reading while enjoying the sunshine and sounds of summer. 💙

Saturday. She hopes that she has learned the lesson this time round and that the universe does not need her to go through this again soon....she had a good day of sunshine, cycling and reading. 💙

Friday. She realized that this had been a good week. She has faced fears, had a free tune up for her bicycle, her final project proposal was accepted, tutoring season has started and she went for an evening walk to enjoy the spring flowers. A fabulous way to end the week. 💛

Thursday. As her body let's go of months long held stress she is finally able to sleep and feel rested. As she let's go of some things she loosens her grip on other things. She is in the process of finding her way through this journey and letting ho of things she no longer needs, believes or is. 💙
