A beautiful sight, having this beautiful creatures drinking water a couple of meters from the camp.
Doing wildlife watching from Shindzela camp. Elephants require a huge amount water on a daily basis; about 18 to 26 gallons but they may consume up to 40 gallons.
The elephant’s trunk contains an estimated 100,000 muscles and tendons.
